Next, you’ll use our online support portal to complete the Pre-Opening training courses. Each course gets you a step closer to being ready to open your senior care business. Once open, our Tutorial Video Catalog is full of quick, helpful videos to provide a quick “how to” solution when you get stuck.

RN Care Coordinator

At 2nd Family, we take a unique approach to senior care. Instead of pairing a caregiver with a client and then hoping for the best, we employ a managed care approach. Each client is assigned a registered nurse who functions as a Nurse Care Coordinator. The nurse’s role is to manage the care process while functioning as a singular point of contact for the family. By employing nurses, our managed-care approach eliminates the need for our franchise owners to have any previous health care experience.

At 2nd Family, we utilize a fully digital collection of cloud-based software applications. This approach results in a senior care business structure that is secure, dynamic, and adaptable.
