Franchise Disclosure Document
Thank you for your interest in the 2nd Family Franchise system. You will now have the opportunity to view our Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”). The FDD is a legal document which we ask that you sign and date to indicate that you’ve received this information. Signing this FDD in no way obligates you to purchase a franchise, nor does it obligate 2nd Family to offer you the opportunity to purchase a franchise. Signing this FDD simply indicates that you’ve received the material, and gives us the necessary documentation to remain in compliance, should you eventually be awarded the opportunity to purchase a franchise. Federal law stipulates that you must receive this information no less than fourteen (14) days prior to signing our Franchise Agreement.
